Our client is a leading family office with a large amount of investments globally including London and The Maldives.
The role:
They are looking for a senior Counsel to join their small team of lawyers in Dubai and report to the Chairman and Group CFO.
You will have expertise in joint ventures, M&A, share purchase agreements, structuring, potentially IPOs. Complex cross border work and some exposure to financing agreements/documents would be an added bonus; real estate/project finance/debt finance experience or overall knowledge of these areas is also a plus but not a pre-requisite.
