Personal Injury Lawyer - Coventry
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced personal injury solicitor or legal executive to join this well established law firm based in Coventry.
Duties:
Managing your own caseload
Handling new and existing claims, including litigated matters
Travelling to meet clients and potential witnesses
Attending Court hearings.
Liaising with Barristers, medical experts, and other professionals to assist with each claim.
Preparing and drafting documents, briefs, instructions, and schedules.
Valuing claims and dealing with settlement negotiations.
Experience:
At least 3 years' of experience in a similar role in-house or private practice.
Experience of working in a target driven commercial environment, proven track record of dealing with high value claims and a strong billing history.
Experience of dealing with pre-litigated and litigated claims.
Knowledge of the MOJ portal.
