As demand for the Employment team continues to build, my client is seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor/Lawyer to join the team.
The firm is based across 5 offices within the Bexhill/Eastbourne area, with preference being allowed to work in office of choice.
Working closely with one of the leading Employment Partners in East Sussex in what is a fully supported role, duties are varied and includes;
• Advising both employers and employees on all aspects of employment law and human resources
• Managing employment tribunal and county court litigation;
• Advising on Settlement Agreements;
• Drafting employment contracts, handbooks and policies;
• Dealing with TUPE and transactional support work.
My client is seeking those ideally under 5 PQE, are commercial minded in their approach and committed to further developing the department.
Salary offerings are market leading, as is the quality of the work undertaken by the team as they lead by example.
