NQ+ Litigation Solicitor - Wiltshire
A great opportunity has arisen for an NQ+ Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join a highly successful regional firm based in Wiltshire.
The role:
- Manage a caseload of varied litigation matters to include contractual, shareholder and property disputes through to some debt recovery and contentious probate matters.
- The NQ solicitor will also be expected to partake in business development activities with existing and new clients.
- You will need to work well within a team as you will be expected to assist senior members of the team on more complex litigation matters.
Requirements:
- A qualified solicitor at NQ level or above.
- Experience of general commercial and civil litigation.
- You will be required to work across the different offices in Wiltshire so a full UK driving licence and your own transport will be essential.
