A Legal 500 firm with multiple sites in the Home Counties are seeking a commercial property solicitor for their Luton based team.
You will ideally be a commercial property solicitor with around 5 years PQE, with experience that should cover the full range of acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant matters, portfolio management and development work.
The existing team of 6 lawyers, with additional support staff, act for both local and national clients who range from owner managers to list companies. You can expect to take over an existing caseload, but will be encouraged to develop this further.
