A fantastic opportunity to join one of the strongest restructuring and insolvency practices in the South, ranked in Chambers and Legal 500, working on city calibre, varied cases in a team which has an open door policy team offering huge learning opportunities.
This is a busy, fast growing department hence the need to recruit a Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years post qualification, ideal person will have a solid background gained either in the City or strong regional firm working in a varied caseload of restructuring and insolvency work. Typical works includes: advising on corporate and financial restructurings, whether in distressed or solvent circumstances, insolvency-related transactions, insolvency-related litigation, including personal insolvency across the UK and cross border.
The Restructuring and Insolvency team work alongside their colleagues across other disciplines such as; banking & finance, tax, employment, real estate and intellectual property.
