Legal Counsel (based in Munich)
Client
You will be joining a hugely successful household brand name organisation, operational across various sectors and industries and currently enjoying continued growth and expansion.
The organisation has multiple international offices.
Role
You will be based at the organisation's Munich offices in Germany. You will also be able to enjoy undertaking some flexible working/WFH.
You will undertake an extremely diverse in-house role, drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts and advising on various day to day legal issues.
You will report directly into the European Legal Director and you will enjoy direct access to the support of your legal team colleagues located both within Germany and across Europe including London.
You will be rewarded with a highly attractive remuneration package.
You
You will be a qualified German lawyer with approximately 2-7 years' PQE/working legal experience. You will have acquired a range of prior experiences in relation to drafting and negotiating commercial contracts. You will be fluent in English and German.
