Description
The Corporate Solicitor will join the team and support on a range of Corporate transactions. This will include M & A, private equity and joint ventures. You will assist the senior team members and Partners on these deals. You will have the opportunity to get involved in business development.
Profile
You will be a Corporate Solicitor with strong academics who has ties to Leeds. Trainees who have completed a seat in Corporate will be considered but it is desirable that you will have worked at a leading regional, national or international law firm.
Job Offer
45k upwards
