The Role:
Handling a range of corporate matters including:
* Mergers & acquisitions,
* Reorganisations,
* Corporate structures
* Joint ventures,
* Corporate governance,
* Drafting shareholder agreements.
* The role will also entail participating in business development initiatives on behalf of the firm.

The Candidate:
* Qualified Solicitor
* Ideally 5 +PQE
* Solid corporate experience ideally gained at a City or leading practice
* Personable and detail oriented individual
