Associate - Construction (Contentious) - Birmingham
Leading Top 100 National Law Firm is seeking to expand their Construction Team in Birmingham.
The firm act for high profile clients within the private and public sector on high value projects nationally and internationally for clients across a wide range of sectors.
The role will involve working within a high profile, multi-site team on proceedings in the TCC, Alternative dispute resolution including adjudication, mediation and resolution of claims. You will have the opportunity to work on high value, complex instructions in contentious construction and project disputes
Ideally, you will be a solicitor that has amassed over 3 years PQE within a contentious construction team and now seeking a role allowing you to be a part of a supportive team and with the ability to work on an enviable portfolio of clients.
