Civil Litigation Solicitor – This is an excellent opportunity to join a firm with over 100 years of delivering legal advice to the local community.  They are known nationally for their debt recover work and due to continued growth are now seeking litigator to join their expanding team.

About the Role
Reporting to the head of the department you will be dealing with a busy caseload of debt recovery matters for range of clients, including, care homes, utility companies and property management organisations. Experience in disputes relating to breach of contract and insolvency matters would be highly beneficial.

Candidate Requirements
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years’ experience and be able to exercise a previous record of:
-        Working under pressure
-        Working without any supervision
-        Effectively as part of a team
-        Have good communication skills
