The Firm

This expanding regional firm are seeking an experienced Corporate Senior Solicitor or Partner to join their collaborative and dynamic team, where you will work with other areas of the business to further their offering throughout Norfolk and East Anglia.

This practice have adapted well to the times and to facilitate further growth plans, this highly regarded firm are seeking an experienced Senior Associate or Partner to join their Legal 500 ranked team. They are now looking to expand further out of their Norwich office, and looking for likeminded, ambitious individuals looking to join them in this exciting time.

The Role

The firm are looking to hire an experienced Corporate Commercial Partner into their Norwich office.

Following the recent restructure, the firm planning significant expansion over the next 5 years, so they are looking for an ambitious individual to bring their drive and experience to the team.

You will be provided will full support and autonomy to work across a range of Corporate and Commercial matters. The caseload will depend on your own focus; however, the firms current offering is focused on matters including:

• M&A
• Partnership and Shareholder agreements
• Drafting and reviewing terms and conditions
• and Commercial contracts

This team have experience working with a varied client base across all business sectors. The firm are entrepreneurial and so are looking for a forward-thinking Partner to join the team - this is a fantastic opportunity to join a modern firm with a fresh outlook and outstanding progression prospects.

If you have your own client base or following, you will be provided with full support in transitioning and serving this portfolio. This firm will also provide you with all resources needed to expand your client base including, Marketing, identifying and organising Seminars and Business Development opportunities.

Requirements

• You will be an experienced Corporate Commercial Senior Associate or Partner with 8 PQE +
• You will have an excellent technical knowledge for a range of matters
• A transferable client base or regional contacts is advantageous, but not essential.
