The Role

This Firm is searching for an experienced Conveyancer to come in and join their growing practice based in Gravesend, Kent.

This is as fantastic opportunity to work alongside some of the regions most well-respected fee-earners. The department ranges a diverse PQE giving you the opportunity for a senior conveyancer to supervise, and junior conveyancers to gain fantastic caseload exposure to really propel their careers.

You work with the other partners to drive the department forwards. They support their clients out of their regional offices

You will find that there are very strong referral sources, you will deal with a high-quality of work, this will include; Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold, Re-mortgages, Lease extensions and some other matters. The firm believes in people dealing with manageable caseloads and charging well for the work they do.

Requirements

• You will be a Residential Property Solicitor and you will be 3+ years PQE (although exceptional juniors will be considered)
• You will have good technical knowledge and have a solid grounding in previous experiences
• You will be a team player coupled with an ability to work autonomously when required.
