Our client is a fast-growing Real estate PE fund looking for a junior lawyer with 1-3 years corporate experience to take on a project management and transaction support role. The firm has over 5 billion AUM and has rapidly grown their team in the last 6 months
You will be directly supporting the senior partners and business team getting deals across the line. You will be able to manage getting legal opinions and dealing with tax advisors.
The role is suited to a junior lawyer with in-house experience looking for greater deal experience.
