The firm are seeking a Residential Property Legal Assistant to join their thriving firm based in the Central London office.

The Role

This firm looks for ambitious individuals with strong interpersonal skills. You will receive industry-leading training, and will be given the opportunity to take on further responsibility and progress within a industry leading firm.

You will join a friendly, supportive and progressive team working alongside a highly experienced team of Solicitors. This will be a hands-on role where you will be involved in all stages of the Conveyancing process from initial instruction to post completion. You work with many high-end estate agents and have a real variety of work making the role more interesting.

Requirements

• You will have good experience in a Residential Property department.
• You will have experience working on both freehold and leasehold property conveyancing transactions
• You will work well within a team and will be personable
