The Role
The firm are seeking to recruit an Employment Associate 2-5 years PQE into their Birmingham office.
You will work as part of a highly regarded national team that frequently appears in leading industry guides. The team is extremely busy, and has had an influx of new work, making now an exciting time to join.
The firm's highly rated employment team handles a wide range of excellent quality contentious and non-contentious work including advisory work on HR issues, disputes related work in the tribunal and courts, drafting employment documentation, employee relations and transaction/outsourcing work. The team's workload is increasingly top end, complex, premium work and accordingly we are working to strengthen our capacity at that level.

Requirements
- You will be an Employment Solicitor with between 1-5 years PQE
- You will have a strong technical knowledge
- Excellent communication skills are essential
