The role
This top-ranking and award-winning firm are seeking a Restructuring / Insolvency Solicitor to join their Oxford office.
The firm have a highly successful Housing Department that deals with an excellent quality of work.
This Tier Housing department has a wealth of experience; you will find they deal with the highest quality work and have one of the industry's most impressive client bases. This role will see you dealing with a hands-on caseload, with lots of client contact. You will deal with; Housing Litigation, Housing and asset management, Landlord and tenant act, Disrepair cases, Anti-social behavior and breaches of tenancy.

Requirements

• You will be a Housing Solicitor with at least 4 years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of experience)
• You will be meticulous when it comes to detail
• You should have first-class communication skills
• The ability to build credible client relationships is essential
