Corporate Commercial Solicitor – This is a rare opportunity to join a Thames Valley Legal 500 firm that focus on private companies, shareholders and investors. This modern yet traditional firm with an outstanding reputation has asked us to find them a further company commercial solicitor.
About the Role
Joining a highly knowledgeable team; you will be working closely with a Partner managing a complex and sometimes high-profile caseload, advising a range of clients on various commercial matters including:
- Commercial contracts
- Shareholder agreements
- Company share and asset sales and acquisitions
- Joint ventures
- Investment agreements
- Share buy backs
Candidate Requirements
You will need to have 2+ years relevant PQE, proven track record and a commercially astute manner. You will be involved in marketing and Business development of the dept.
