OUR CLIENT:

A leading Consultancy client of ours is looking for a 4-7 PQE* Commercial Lawyer to join their established legal team.

 

Providing a highly supportive  environment, they are equally looking for an enthusiastic, robust, proactive individual who is looking for an interesting challenge.

THE ROLE:

Working closely with the General Counsel, you will be working with a range of stakeholders on different legal matters. Your role will include:

  • Drafting and negotiation of a broad range of corporate and commercial agreements, including terms of business, outsourcing, marketing, sponsorship etc agreements;
  • Providing advice to the business on various legal matters, policies and procedures etc ;
  • Providing support on ad-hoc legal projects;
  • Liaising with external legal counsel when required.

THE CANDIDATE:

  • A lawyer with 4- 7 years' PQE* gained either in-house or in private practice
  • Experience working on corporate commercial contract law
  • Arabic language is a must for the vacancy

*Candidates outside of the PQE bracket with the right experience will also be considered for the position
