My client is seeking a Senior Property Solicitor with experience in Developments and Housebuilding to join the Tier 1 ranked team in Reading.
Working in a modern office and in the company of numerous Legal 500 Recommended colleagues, the team is regarded as the best in the Thames Valley, with this being reflected in the quality of the work undertaken and the clients they work with.
With the full support of the wider office, the successful applicant will advise clients on acquisitions and disposals or development land, with a knowledge of SDLT, planning processes and legislation with an ability to advise on planning and infrastructure agreements.
Experience of advising house builders is preferred.
Fully negotiable salary in line with experience
