Unique opportunity for an experienced conveyancer to work for the UK's largest property firm whilst working from home on a full time basis. Instructions are at an all time high due to the recent Stamp Duty cut, so my client are desperately seeking conveyancers and can offer immediate starts.
The role will see you work on a cloud based case management system that will allow you to log in remotely and run a full conveyancing caseload from the comfort of your own home! You will be required to deal with a mixed caseload of sales, purchase, right to buy, remortgage, new builds and shared ownership matters for both freehold & leasehold properties as well as both registered & unregistered land. Caseload size will generally fall between 80 - 100 live files at any one time.
You will still be required to complete 20 - 30 matters per month and you will be provided with remote paralegal assistance to deal with searches, SDLT submissions, etc...You will be provided with all the tools required to work from home, including a work phone to use. Salary circa £30k - £35k with a benefits scheme and bonus in place.
