Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner (Solicitor / Paralegal)

We are currently instructed on behalf of a long standing and progressive law firm who have a thriving property department and looking to add to their CQS residential conveyancing team to work closely with a Partner. 

The role is open to experienced paralegals or solicitors that can hit the ground running with a transactional caseload of sales, purchase, right to buy, remortgage from instruction to post completion and confident in managing client's expectations and delivering  a high level of client care. 

Its a full time role offering excellent working conditions and will involve working on both referrer and private clients and have a case management system in place so IT literacy is essential.
