Consultant Solicitor | Criminal Defence | Fee Share Basis | Manchester

My client is a leading Law Practice in Greater Manchester, they have over 35 years' experience in providing specialist legal advice to individuals and businesses alike.

The Role

To manage a caseload of various Criminal Defence files, the types of files you will encounter will include but not limited to;

• Serious Crime
• Assault
• GBH
• Drug Offences
• Robbery
• Business Crime
• Fraud
• White Collar Crime
• Motoring Offences
• General Criminal Matters

The Candidate,

You will be a minimum of 3 year's PQE, it would be beneficial if you held the HCA qualification but this is not essential. For Duty registered Solicitors it is essential that you are willing to sign to the firm's rota when it becomes next available.
