Senior Legal Counsel – Derivatives/Regulatory

As a result of continued organic growth a vacancy has arisen for a lawyer with the gravitas and enthusiasm to engage effectively with senior level stakeholders in the business from day one.  Joining a high quality team as a senior lawyer, you will be supporting the capital markets area of the business which focuses on FX and brokerage/cash equities as well as advising on related regulatory matters such as EMIR and MiFID.

With at least 7 years’ pqe, you will have developed strong experience in derivatives, in particular FX derivatives, as well as the regulatory framework across the UK and Europe.  Previous exposure to cash equities and/or securities lending would make your application stand out.  With a commercial approach, well-developed drafting skills and excellent stakeholder management ability, you will be a pro-active team player and a natural communicator.
