A well established global offshore law firm is looking to expand their Corporate team in Guernsey following a period of growth globally across the firm.
You will be working on a range of corporate matters including M&A, joint ventures, company formations and investment funds. You will also have exposure to transactions relation to the international insurance clients.
You will need a minimum of 1year post qualification experience working in either England & Wales, Scotland, Ireland or another common law jurisdiction such as New Zealand or Australia.
