New Build Paralegal

A well-established and Lexcel accredited firm located in Solihull are seeking to recruit an experienced New Build Paralegal on a permanent basis.

The Role:

The successful New Build Paralegal will provide support to the Conveyancing Solicitors, prepare correspondence using a case management system, attend to clients, administer filling systems, prepare mail, arrange the scanning and photocopying of paperwork.

Requirements:

The ideal New Build Paralegal will have knowledge and experience within residential conveyancing specifically new builds. You must be able to demonstrate initiative, undertake searches, ID checks, have a good telephone manner and be comfortable speaking to clients both on the phone and in person as well as being highly organised.

Salary is negotiable depending on experience and qualifications.
