Our award-winning client is seeking to expand their Personal Injury team with the addition of an Industrial Disease lawyer. You will be joining a highly regarded, friendly team within a firm who have an excellent reputation as an employer of choice. The team are currently working remotely and are happy to discuss remote/hybrid working patterns.

Your new role
You will be joining the experienced, award winning Group Action Litigation team focusing on industrial disease matters. You will be managing a caseload from initial consultation through to settlement stage with support offered from an experienced team of specialist injury lawyers. The large team have an emphasis upon delivering a high level of specialist advice in multiple areas such as Asbestos related claims, noise induced hearing loss and complex group litigation.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a qualified lawyer, circa 3+ PQE, looking to specialise in industrial disease/personal injury. Ideally you will have previous industrial disease experience, however this is not a pre-requisite. What is important is that you will be a strong litigator, with experience of handling complex litigation cases. For example, you might be a clinical negligence lawyer looking for a new challenge. You will have the ability to work autonomously and as part of the overall team. Excellent organisation and time management is essential in this role, as will be the ability to work to tight deadlines for corporate clients.
