Residential Property Conveyancer
A long established North East firm is seeking a Property fee earner to join their friendly and experienced department in Whickham.
The firm are known for their offering of residential, commercial conveyancing and family services. They are seeking an experienced residential property paralegal, solicitor or a licensed conveyancer who is keen to handle a busy varied caseload. The caseload is varied and will include:
- Busy caseload
- Up to 20 completions per week
- Sales and purchases
- Freehold
- Remortgages
- Newbuilds
- Transfers of Equity
This is a great opportunity for someone who is keen to join a well established property department in Gateshead where you will handle quality property matters.
