Our client is an established regional law firm with an excellent reputation providing a range of legal services to the local community. They are now seeking to recruit an experienced Property Solicitor due to their continued expansion.
The firm offers flexible working arrangements with home and office based days each week.
The team pride themselves in offering quality legal advice and building lasting client relationships. The firm have invested heavily in IT enabling a streamlined approach to file management and encourage a paperless office.
The role would see you handling all aspects commercial property matters to include:
- Disposal and acquisition of freehold and leasehold commercial property
- Agricultural & rural property matters
- Commercial Leases
- Corporate Finance
- Development
- Licensing
- Options to Purchase
There is scope for exposure to residential conveyancing work with the successful candidate having the option to work on a diverse range of residential and commercial property matters.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced commercial property solicitor ideally a minimum of 3 years PQE. Whilst not essential, exposure to residential property work is desirable
The salary on offer is extremely competitive and commensurate with the level of experience and breadth of knowledge applicants can bring.
