Regulatory Solicitor
A Top 100 firm in the West Midlands is seeking a Regulatory Solicitor to join their dynamic regulatory team.
The appointed Regulatory Solicitor will be joining some of the region’s leading solicitors in this field. The firm boasts an impressive commercial client base which includes several major national brands and corporations.
Regulatory Solicitor’s Responsibilities:
- Strong focus on health, safety and environmental regulatory work
- Option to work on some other cases, e.g. white-collar crime and GDPR regulatory
- prepare advice on evidential issues
- instruct medical experts
The successful Regulatory Solicitor will have:
- 2+ years’ PQE
- Healthcare regulatory experience
- Impeccable litigation skills
- An aptitude for building strong and fruitful working relationships with both clients and colleagues
- Ambition and commitment to making this role a success
- Excellent communication skills and an eagerness to contribute to the success of the team
