An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Trusts & Estates Solicitor to join a leading National Law firm based in Liverpool. There is an excellent salary on offer with a fantastic benefits package.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years PQE with a good breadth of knowledge specialising in Wills, Trusts & Estates. You will be managing a varied caseload of court of protection matters as well as offering advise and taking instruction from clients in relation to their financial affairs. You will also have excellent communication and time management skills and you must be able to hit the ground running under minimal supervision.
STEP qualification would be extremely advantageous but it is not essential for this position.
