New Build Conveyancing Solicitor

A well-established and Lexcel accredited firm located in Sutton Coldfield are seeking to recruit an experienced New Build Conveyancing Solicitor on a permanent basis.

The Role:

The ideal New Build Solicitor will be able to manage a caseload of new build property matters from inception to completion, which includes sales and purchase, right to buy, shared ownership schemes and lease extensions. Additionally, you will liaise and develop relationships directly with clients, estate agents and lenders as well as generating fee income with the agreed targets.

Requirements:

In order to be successful in the Residential Conveyancing Solicitor role you must be a qualified Solicitor/ CILEx/ Licensed Conveyancer or have significant experience managing your own caseload. The New Build Solicitor must be organised, driven, commercially aware, provide excellent client care and have experience using a web-based case management system.

Salary is negotiable depending on experience and qualifications.
