The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for an Employment Solicitor to join a thriving department based in Maidenhead, Berkshire
The team find that good results are achieved by working closely with clients and building up relationships. In this role, you will be gaining fantastic exposure to caseloads of both a medium, and high net worth giving you rounded experience in the Employment field. This practice deal with both respondent and claimant work creating a dynamic caseload for the right candidate.
This role comes with plenty of options for flexibility and the firm prides itself on being one of the firms of choice for having a good work life balance.
Requirements

• You will ideally have 2-4+ years PQE (there is no upper limit for a strong Associate or Senior Associate looking for work)
• You will be ambitious, dynamic, and driven to succeed
• You will have a proven track record in business development
• You will work well in a team, and you will be personable
• You will be forward-thinking, enthusiastic and innovative
