This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Commercial Property Solicitor to work for an expanding law firm based in Hampshire and be given the opportunity to climb the career ladder and work towards Partnership.
This established Legal 500 law firm is looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor (8+ years PQE) to join their successful and growing commercial property team. You'll be handling a broad range of quality commercial property work for a variety of clients, including landlord and tenant matters, acquisitions, disposals and development agreements. This role will suit an ambitious Solicitor to come on-board and be a major part of the business and help to grow it further. You will be acting for property developers on the acquisition and disposal and management of development sites, individual estates, investment properties and retail outlets to name a few.
Your role as a Commercial Property Senior Associate Solicitor will involve:
• Able to business development to gain new clients and help grow the department
• Genuine career progression from the outset to work towards Partnership
