The team are reputable for advising international clients on matters such as; mergers, acquisitions and disposals, capital markets, private equity and investment agreements, non-contentious insolvency work, shareholder agreements and franchising. They are also top tier on legal 500 for their knowledge in the corporate market.
The team are seeking a corporate lawyer with 7+ PQE. You must have experience in;
