Are you an experienced senior lawyer looking for an exciting new opportunity? A top 200 UK law practice based in London is searching for a high-quality Partner to join their existing corporate practice.
The Firm:
- The M&A practice assists clients with acquisitions, disposals and mergers involving private and quoted companies.
- The team has particular expertise in buying, selling and investing in healthcare assets, a sector in which the firm has built a strong reputation.
- Department head has recently advised on sales and purchases in the hedge fund sector, disposals in tech and acquisitions in pensions
What do you need?
- Qualified Solicitor in the UK;
- 8+ years PQE in corporate law;
- We’re looking for a substantial following and emphasis on BD.
- 3X salary at a minimum, ideally originating at least £350k in year 1
