Healthcare solicitor sought to advise on a range of regulatory matters based in London officeThis leading, international practice is looking to hire a solicitor to support its healthcare function, working with NHS and private organisations on advisory and mental health matters.
This team is nationally recognised, and healthcare remains a core part of the business strategy going forward.
This firm is looking to recruit a solicitor with at least 2 years PQE to advise on healthcare matters including inquests, court of protection and best interest, safeguarding, public law issues, constitutional issues, judicial review, human rights, mental health and other areas which may arise in a healthcare setting.
