The firm also has a presence in London and a reputation for offering an exceptional service to a book of over 1000 clients.
Commercial Property Lawyer’s responsibilities:
- Manage a large and varied case load, including providing property support on corporate transactional work, particularly M&A
- Sale and purchase of commercial property
- Preparation of Leases, Contracts and Licences and all other documents relating to the relevant Property legislation
- Business development
- High quality delivery
- Working to tight deadlines
The successful Commercial Property lawyer's skills and experience:
- 5+ years’ PQE
- Experience in the above matters
- Those with followings are desirable, though not essential
