The firm seeks to appoint a contentious construction lawyer to join their dedicated practice based in Birmingham. Applications are invited from solicitors with at least 2 years post qualified experience. Ideally you'll have had a focus on contentious work, covering some or all of litigation, dispute resolution, adjudication, mediation and ADR involved in all range of construction disputes.
The firm acts for an enviable portfolio of clients including developers, engineering businesses, major contractors, housing providers and public sector organisations and is home to a very busy, nationally integrated partner led construction practice which advises on the full range of contentious and advisory construction work.
