A leading national Lexel accredited practice are seeking a family/care solicitor to take over an existing caseload from a lawyer who is moving up within the organisation. The role would be based in the firms Northampton office but will see you join a much wider national team.
The ideal candidate will be an established solicitor with 3 years PQE or more and should have considerable experience in Care and interim Orders, Emergency Protection Orders, Special guardianship orders, Adoption and Private Children Law. You should have strong advocacy experience and if you don't have it already, an interest in working towards Children Panel Accreditation. The firm can offer a market rate salary with additional benefits and a clear and defined progression path within a friendly collegiate team.
