Our client is seeking an interim corporate solicitor to assist them ASAP for period of 3 months. You will be focusing on corporate transactions in the insurance sector.
Client Details
The role is with a full service top City law firm. The successful interim corporate solicitor will be working with a highly recognised and regarded partner.
Description
You will be working closely with the partner on corporate M&A transactions and private equity matters. The majority of the clients you will be advising will fall within the insurance space so having previous experience in this area would be highly favourable.
Profile
The successful solicitor will have worked at a City practice advising on corporate transactions and private equity matters. You will also be available to start a new position at short notice.
