The Role

The firm are looking for an Employment Solicitor to join their growing office in the heart of Altrincham.

You will work on a varied and interesting caseload covering both contentious and non-contentious matters, including discrimination, disciplinary and grievance issues, reorganisation and redundancies, settlement agreements, restrictive covenants, TUPE and managing tribunal claims.

You will be provided with the tools to develop your technical knowledge and contribute to the profitability of the Employment team in a friendly and supportive environment. The Employment department is a close-knit team with a number of them recommended by the Legal 500.

Requirements

• You will be an Employment Solicitor with 1 years PQE+ (NQ's with considerable previous Employment Law experience will also be considered
• You will have a strong technical knowledge and good communication skills
• You will have good experience of dealing with large settlements
• You will have strong business development capabilities
