I am currently working with a renowned global law firm who are looking to recruit a Senior Associate into their Corporate team on an interim basis.

Candidate Profile:

The successful candidate should have experience of public M&A and corporate work and must be available immediately. 

This is a great opportunity for an experienced corporate lawyer to join a top tier Corporate practice, working with a leading Partner ranked highly in the Legal 500. 

As this role is assisting the Partner with a public company pitch, you will ideally have experience of bid preparation, drafting an initial announcement and other preliminary documents.
