Overview
A well regarded city law firm is looking for a mid-level Commercial Associate to join to their Technology and Data protection team in London.
The Role of a Commercial Associate
The group are known to work on a range of advertising and marketing related agreements including ad agency agreements, sponsorship agreements, endorsement and influencer agreements, adtech agreements, brand licensing agreements, e-commerce and online consumer regulations, prize promotions and competitions as well as data privacy. There is also a compliance/regulatory element in the work.
To be considered for the Commercial Associate role you must:
- be a qualified solicitor under England & Wales or under related Commonwealth jurisdictions;
- be at least 3-5 years PQE;
- strong data protection exposure
- some adtech experience is desirable
- have excellent academic achievement with a minimum 2:1 degree or equivalent; and
- detailed analytical and technical skills.
