Our client, a top-tier US law firm are currently looking for a 4-7PQE Corporate associate with strong ECM experience to join their team in London.
The ECM team has considerable experience representing issuers, investment banks and investors on initial public offerings and secondary offerings in a broad range of sectors including technology and life sciences.
A strong academic background and a proven track record are pre-requisites. The successful candidate will come from a City/US firm with solid experience in ECM matters.
