In-house Property Paralegal

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Property Paralegal at one one the largest UK property companies in the Midlands

The role:

- Undertaking instructions from various stakeholders in the company relating to property and development matters
- Carry out those instructions independently and with supervision of more senior members of the legal team
- Proactively assist the department with procedures ensuring efficiency for the team/company
- Work on a variety of commercial property legal matters

The candidate:

- A highly motivated and personable Paralegal with practical commercial property experience
- Looking to develop with an excellent organisation with long-term prospects
- Confident communicator and comfortable dealing with a range of stakeholders
