Professional Negligence Solicitor - Leeds
A top regional firm is currently seeking a senior Professional Negligence Solicitor to join its successful team in Leeds.
The role will involve running a case-load of claimant professional negligence claims, including claims against accountants, solicitors, surveyors and other professionals. The successful candidate may also be required to assist the firm's highly rated professional negligence partner and get involved with other kinds of commercial disputes.
Previous professional indemnity litigation experience is essential. Ideally, this will be from a claimant background. The successful professional negligence solicitor will be self-sufficient in their work, have the ability to adopt a commercial approach and be a strong team player.
