Long-standing and dynamic law firm in Buckinghamshire seeks a Residential Property Solicitor on either a part time or a full time basis.

You will be responsible for handling a busy conveyancing caseload to include the sale and purchase of leasehold and freehold residential property from instruction to completion. The caseload will include shared ownership, transfer of property, re-mortgages, new build and first time buyers. Secretarial support will be provided.

The firm, who are easily accessible by public transport, have an excellent reputation in the local area and are seeking a personable, dedicated and hardworking individual to help maintain this.

Applications will be considered from Solicitors of all levels of qualification provided they have experience handling a caseload with minimal supervision.

The salary on offer is negotiable and dependent on experience. Candidates are invited to discuss their requirements upon application.
