Our client is a large regional firm with a number of offices in the Kent area. They are looking to expand their property litigation work with a 5 years + pqe solicitor.
The ideal candidate with have experience in both residential and commercial property matters including,
- Boundary disputes
- Service charge disputes
- Dilapidation claims
You will be able to demonstrate a solid track record of dealing with property litigation matters as well as developing client relationships.
This is the ideal role for an ambitious solicitor with plenty of drive and energy. A desire to get involved in marketing and business development is desirable.
