We are recruiting for a Commercial Solicitor for a leading Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners rated Yorkshire based law firm.
The team act for a varied client base which encompasses tech businesses, start ups, scale ups and traditional established businesses. The work is challenging and diverse and will include share structures, shareholders agreement and share schemes, to acquisitions and sale, and a range of commercial agreements.
The firm require a solicitor with proven experience of dealing with a range of commercial contracts as well as sound knowledge of IP and data protection.
This Commercial team has a wealth of experience and is particularly well known for their technology niche. The firm are offering a competitive salary coupled with full benefits package.
